I got this ink after writing with it on pen cleaning day. Joe had some samples set up to try this new ink. I used a dip pen and the ink became a great bluish grey tone. It showed up very well on the paper, but the larger swatch showed up a little more purple-ish than blue grey. I really like this ink and use it currently in one of my pens for journaling.
